Lords gym outreach is a non profit christian based gym and outreach organization dedicated to restoring hope to the hopeless and leading people to christ through exercise, fellowship, and recovery programs

We have a full gym with weights, machines, cardio equipment.

We also offer a variety of group classes as well as one on one personal training

we have on site weekly recovery meetings followed by group exercise sessions
